Dominique Jurić is an academy-trained painter whose souvenir collection called “Zagreb u staklu” (“Zagreb in Glass”) captivated people’s minds and hearts. She made use of six well-known motifs: Lotrščak Tower, the Stone Gate, lantern, the tram, Šestine umbrella and the old Zagreb advertising column. While making their jewellery, the Bashota family used old wooden toys, folk costumes, music instruments and different household items as motifs. This souvenir line inspired by cultural heritage earned them a first prize in 2014 at the Zagorski suvenir triennial.
