The shop was founded by Marko Ilinić, who was succeeded by his nephew Stjepan Ilinić. Nenad Ružić graduated from the Faculty of Economics, but, as he says, he had a penchant for handwork. Small wonder then that at his father-in-law’s he tried his hand at tuning a piano and immediately fell in love with the craft, dedicated himself to it full time.

They follow and accept new trends in their trade, while at the same time respecting the tradition of excellence cultivated by the previous generations. This applies to the rules of the trade and to customer service alike.
They prefer doing everything they can at their customer’s place so as to tune the piano in its special context. Working with a piano is not easy. It requires patience, love, and focus. This is why they have two additional employees, all three working as a team for twenty years. Two of them visit customers, while one of them stays in the shop.
In addition to tuning the pianos owned by a number of excellent musicians, they also tune pianos in music schools, concert halls, theaters, and other cultural establishments.
The piano is a sensitive instrument requiring a great deal of attention. Nenad and his team love their job. They are primarily interested in high quality, conscientious work, which is exactly what they are known for.
