Launched in 2016 as a cooperation between the City of Zagreb, Zagreb Chamber of Trade and Crafts and 24sata, it’s aimed at promoting and preserving the original values of craft professions.

Zagreb Crafts promotes craft products as Zagreb’s souvenirs, positions traditional and artisan crafts as part of cultural heritage and includes craft tradition and craft products in the tourist offer which Zagreb takes great pride in.

Both domestic and foreign visitors are increasingly giving recognition to quality and handcraft so this platform will give an insight into special craft skills, unique design, materials and handcraft made by Zagreb’s craftsmen.ž

Visitors will have at their disposal a one-stop point where they will be able to get all information regarding craftsmen and their products, get to know them better through our written stories and videos, find out more about the long-time tradition which is passed from generation to generation and use our virtual shop window to purchase the items they like. Goldsmiths, glaziers, curriers, shoemakers, bookbinders, tailors and all the other hard-working craftsmen will inspire us to do riveting articles, stories and news that will regularly be published on our portal in the time to come.
